RIRS (retrograde intra renal surgery) is the method or removing kidney stones or ureter stones totally endoscopically with a laser without any cut or stich in the body. A flexible scope is passed via urethra, stones are seen and broken by laser and pieces removed. Patients are able to go home within 24 hours in most cases.
