Varicocele treatment may not be necessary in all cases. If varicocele cause pain, testicular damage or infertility it needs to be treated.
Repair methods include:
Open surgery.
Percutaneous embolization.
Microscope and subinguinal approach (microsurgical subinguinal varicocelectomy) has the highest success rates when compared with other surgical methods.
