Urinary Bladder cancer is a common type of cancer that begins in the cells of the bladder and is the most common cause of passing blood in urine in patients older than 50 years. The most common symtom of bladder cancer is blood in urine which is most commonly without any pain, though it can also manifest with other symptoms such as burning urine, need to urinate frequently etc. Bladder cancer when recognized early can be cured entirely by endoscopic surgery, however when detected in later stages need major surgeries with/without chemotherapy.
